The HPT25i is a high-performance i-Hybrid material handling truck designed for medium and heavy-duty material handling with a 2.5-ton load capacity, featuring a pedestrian operation mode and electric/manual dual-mode drive & lift system. Leveraging patented clutch technology, it realizes smooth and fast mode conversion with zero operational downtime and an extended 30 minutes of uptime, providing a stable and efficient material handling solution for scenarios with higher load requirements such as industrial warehouses and logistics distribution centers.

Powered by a 0.75kW brushless drive motor and a 0.65kW lift motor, the HPT25i integrates a high-efficiency hybrid pump for the lift system, making electric lift easy and efficient while manual lift ensures operability in special working conditions. The truck is equipped with a 48V/15Ah LFP battery (48V/20Ah optional) with free maintenance, 2-3 hours fast charging and excellent cycle durability (80% capacity retained after 2000 cycles). Matching with a spare battery enables 8 hours of non-stop working, fully meeting the long-time operation needs of medium and heavy-duty material handling, and the brushless motor design further optimizes energy efficiency and reduces daily use costs.

For the human-machine interaction system, the HPT20i is standard-fitted with an OLED screen that displays key operational data including running hours, battery level and fault codes, supporting one-touch Turtle Mode/Upright Mode switching, slope display and direct fault diagnosis for simplified operation and maintenance. The optional 2.5" hi-res I-Touch Screen offers a customizable interactive interface, digitally showing mileage, approximate load weight, battery status and travel speed, with one-click VNA mode and secure password setting functions to improve operational efficiency and equipment management safety. The adjustable tiller arm (560mm-1280mm) ensures ergonomic operation, effectively reducing operator fatigue during long working hours.

With a rated load of 2500kg (5500lbs) and a load center of 600mm, the HPT25i is perfectly compatible with 800mm/1000mm standard pallets, and its structural dimensions are optimized for excellent space adaptability and maneuverability in narrow aisles. It has a travel speed of 4.2km/h (2.6mph) when loaded and 4.5km/h (2.8mph) when unloaded, with a maximum gradeability of 6% under load and 20% when unloaded, easily adapting to sloped working environments. The electromagnetic service brake and i50 controller ensure precise, stable and safe operation, and the truck provides a variety of customization options including stainless steel model, scaled model, galvanized model and I-Touch Screen handle, adapting to special working environments such as food processing, chemical industry and cold chain logistics.
